Three point contact probe using my MK3/4 controller

I have fabricated a stepped aluminum block that fits onto a corner of material to be routed. I know there is a procedure for using the probe contact in the Z axis to set the Z offset to the material top face. Is there a way to use the current tool bit to then touch the left and then bottom sides of the touch block to also set the X and Y axis?

Things I know:
* the height or thickness of my touch block.
* the distance from the left and bottom outside edge of the touch block to where the step interfaces with the material.
* the tool diameter.

I know I could write some g-code to do all the moves but is isn't clear to me how to get the X and Y signal or do I just trigger off the same Z axis set line?

OK all you smart folks, discuss and tell me the right way to go about this..

You could use Measure offset XY -> Corner inside/Outside of Center inside/outside

Please post some images of your idea and how you would like to use it?
