I have the following setup:
CNC USB controller Mk3/4 (4 axis)
Windows 7 64 bit
CNC USB Controller software version 2.10.1609.3001

I want to be able to turn on or off the router for safety. I plan on using a solid state relay to switch the 110v power for the router. Will the E-stop turn off the power to the relay controlling the router. What connections and software configurations do I need.

Yes, with E-stop activated you can turn of your spindle. in settings you enable File/Settings/Options/Stop/Outputs off-> enable
