Problem with the acceleration

Problem with the acceleration

Postby CNC_denis » 15 Aug 2016, 22:17

Hello everybody
Hello Andrej

I have one problem
I have a 4 axes machine (X,Y,Z,A)
I have 1 motor (A) with a small acceleration (10)
and 3 motors (X,Y,Z) with high acceleration (150)

The small acceleration is not respected by the micro controller (mk2)
The acceleration is good if the motor work alone

pictures will come

Thank you

X0 Y0 Z0 A0 : it's initial possition

X20 : it's ok for acceleration and deceleration (150)
X0 : it's ok for acceleration and deceleration (150)
Y20 : it's ok for acceleration and deceleration (150)
Y0 : it's ok for acceleration and deceleration (150)
X20 Y20 : it's ok for acceleration and deceleration (150)
A45 : it's ok for acceleration and deceleration (10)
A0 : it's ok for acceleration and deceleration (10)
X20 A45 : ERROR acceleration and deceleration 150 instead of 10

Please try this in settings:
File/Settings/Lookahead -> enable "Dominant Axis Change"

I'll try (tomorrow):
File/Settings/Lookahead -> enable "Dominant Axis Change"

I also note another small problem, but unimportant :
In manual control mode, the deceleration ramp section (not complete)
is it normal ?

thank you
