Output board query

Output board query

Postby molliemilo » 15 Oct 2017, 09:29

I have a Mk3/9 controller with an output board. If I use the huanyang 2.2kw with the onboard panel controller I can go through the entire frequency range and their associated speeds. When I connect the output board, and spindle is idle,I get 10 volts for the speed control. However, when I run the VFD through the output board it gives me a max. frequency of approx.F250 and an approx. speed of 15000rpm.My question,as a newbie to all this electronic stuff is,do I program the software to run at 24000 rpm and adjust the voltage trimmer until I achieve 24000 on the VFD display? Max .voltage in parameters is set at 8 and when running at approx. 15000 rpm gives me a voltage of 8.36 or thereabouts.Any suggestions, please.
