DIY did not recognized by the software

Dear Sir
My name is Naser
I made DIY board
When I programmed the PIC with the file ( CNCUSB_Bootloader-20100111_fixed ) the LED blinkes slowly
When I programmed the PIC with the file ( CNCUSB_Bootloader-20100111_full ) the LED blinkes fast and the PC recognized a new hardware it is ( HID USB BOOTLOADER ) on the ( devices and printers )
On the PC the program icones are not active and I can not updated

Please I need your help and advice

Please update your controller with: Machine/Firmware/Update

If problem persists try different USB cable.

unfortunatly the update didnt work
I changed the cable but nothing is happened ???

The problem was in ( Cusb ) it was 100 pf , I replaced with 100 nf and every thing is ok
