Diy and licence

Diy and licence

Postby billy2sheds » 18 Jun 2014, 12:26

Hi I'm building my first usb controller
and I have it working on prototype board Close to the one in forum, and I'm about to commit to a final board.
in test (demo licence) I notice the board code and serial number has changed a few times due to updates in software.

So I take it I must have a finished board and working before I place an order for the licence.

Is this an option say I licence with working demo board, and use the pic-chip in final board, will licence be transfer to new board ok.

If you will use the same PIC microcontroller, then yes, license will be transferable.

Hi,
I'm new to CNC, so I found your website on Google-search while searching for DIY USB CNC Controller Board. I have built the DIY Board found in the DIY section of your website and it was tested ok as described in the controller's manual.
Please I want you to enlighten me on how to get licence for my board to be able to have full control of my machine.
Activation Code: MUHJ-VDSN-RATH-IPVK
Serial: 054968
Also if I'm going to build more than one board, do I require separate license for each board? Because I'm planning to build "Laser Engraver" using the DIY board too.
Looking forward to hear from you
Regard
Clement

You can purchase license here:

Yes, each controller needs its own license.

Good day,
am new here at Planet CNC,
developed a CNC plate equals Site DIY (http://www.planet-cnc.com/index.php?page=diy), as Silviu scheme.
I found that everything is working correctly, but with the limited software version of the 25 movements.
Question: If I adiquirir the license for this adapter DIY I'll get to work with the CNC with over 25 moves?
Grateful for the attention

Yes, after you activate your controller with license, your controller will be able to perform unlimited lines of g-code.
